Taking the word"creativity" to the extreme is what Shenzhen OCT-LOFT does.
It is a completely different world when you enter the loft. The industrial-style buildings, stores with their own characteristics, every corner reminds you that this is OCT-LOFT, a place that almost all Shenzhen art lovers gather. There is a high chance that you would meet well-dressed trendsetters anywhere in this loft.
Bookstores, florists and coffee shops are the must-see spots. Yet various cultural and creative activities here give us more cultural experiences.

The OCT Loft was formerly known as OCT East Industrial Zone. In2004, according to the architectural characteristics of the factory buildings and the government's policy guidelines for cultural and creative industries, OCT people proposed to transform the industrial zone into a creative park. They introduce various types of creative industries. Thus, the architectural form and historical traces of the old factory buildings could be preserved. Nowadays, this loft is a gathering place for artists and a good place for Shenzhen locals to spend their weekends.
Creativity, change, youth... OCT-Loft is like a condensed version of Shenzhen. You never know what kind of surprise you will encounter everytime you come here.
